There isn't a fixed time, but generally, there's a 2-hour window in the morning and evening. The exact timing depends on the day's schedule.

All types of original, first-copy, and duplicate shoes, purses, bags, carpets, and sofas are cleaned in our laundry, whether they belong to branded or non-branded companies. There is a chance of colour spreading, although we use very eco-friendly materials for all our services, ensuring that they are not harmful in any way. We handle all items with great care. However, please note that we do not provide any guarantee against colour spreading or leather shrinkage. For more details, please refer to our terms and conditions policy.

After the cleaning is completed, stains, such as ink,oil, grease, or colour, may not be entirely removed due to their embedded nature. However, there is a noticeable reduction in their appearance. Based on our experience, we suggest that after 2 to 3 consecutive services, there may be a better chance of complete removal. While we prioritize stain removal, it’s essential to consider overall care during the cleaning process. Focusing solely on stain removal might risk damage in other aspects. Achieving the desired outcome may take more than one service. We are dedicated to doing our best to remove stains, but it’s important not to overdo it.

While we aim to ensure consistent and thorough cleaning results, the process for each item is time-consuming. Patience is crucial to achieving the desired outcome. If the results are not satisfactory in the first attempt, we repeat the cleaning process for the item a second time. Therefore, our standard turnaround time is typically 7 to 8 days.

Monday to Saturday 9 a.m. to 7 pm and Sunday is Closed. We put advance status on our Google Business for major festive holidays.
